EDUCATION TAKES MANY FORMS at Beth Israel and our nurses are fortunate to have a variety of educational resources at their disposal. Formal nursing education is supported through The Beatrice Renfield Division of Nursing Education and Research, the Phillips Beth Israel School of Nursing, and Beth Israel’s generous tuition reimbursement plan – as well as through scholarships and awards. Continuing education is available both onsite and offsite through specialty nursing classes and programs, and conferences and seminars. Closer to the bedside, we are all regularly learning from each other.  Mentors, preceptors, Clinical Nurse Specialists, Educators, Nurse Managers and Leadership are committed to giving our nurses the support and guidance they need to become the best nurses possible.
